Frame Materials

With NanaWall^® you can choose from five different frame materials. Color charts and wood chips are available upon request.

Extruded Aluminum:

Hundreds of anodized, standard powder coated and matte powder coated finishes are available. Even polished chrome and metallic colors are at your disposal. For most systems, different finishes on the inside and outside are possible.

1. Standard Aluminum: NanaWall^® SL35, SL45, SL72 and VSW35 incorporate standard aluminum frames. When low U-values are not an issue, these systems, with their slim side lines and competitive prices, will answer your needs.
2. Thermally Broken Aluminum: NanaWall^® SL60, SL70 and HSW50 offer a superior thermal break. They incorporate a polyamide plastic reinforced with glass fibers that provides excellent humidity control, acoustics, energy savings and strength.

Wood

NanaWall^® WD65, WD66, HSW65 and VSW65 are offered in a wide choice of triple laminated wood frames. Whether douglas fir, pine, western hemlock, oak or other selected woods, all frames are solid, kiln dried and come with matching solid glazing stops. NanaWall^® Folding Systems with wood frames are either sand sealed for staining or primed for paint.

Aluminum Clad over Wood

Maintenance free extruded aluminum cladding with a selection of over 200 color choices on the outside and the warmth of douglas fir, pine, western hemlock, oak or other selected woods on the inside make the NanaWall^® WA67 the perfect system for the luxury home market. The wood interior has either one or two factory applied coatings.

No vertical frames

The NanaWall^® SL25 has no vertical frames for unbroken views. It is ideal as a windbreak and offers climate control for balconies and porches with an overhang.

Glazing and Divide Lites

With NanaWall^® most commercially available glazing can be used. Standard factory installed glazing is tempered insulated glass. Among many other types, Low-E insulated glass, single tempered or laminated glazings are available as options.

A large selection of muntin layouts with divided lites is possible. With glued on muntins your design options are next to limitless. Please submit your ideas to NanaWall Systems, Inc.
