Long Island Sound Coastal Home

Dream Home in Long Island

I recently built a dream home on the Long Island Sound in Long Island New York. I installed NanaWall in 2 bedrooms on the upper balcony as well as the main floor living room and kitchen Island/bar window.

Owner, Jeff Brosi said, "I am in a wheelchair and have limited mobility so I needed to find a system that is easy to use as well as have a low profile saddle so it has an easy transition for my wheelchair from inside to outside.

NanaWall made every dream come true. I can use the doors 100% on my own and they work perfectly. The ease of locking and sliding was the reason I went with NanaWall and I am glad I did. Below are some photos I took of the house. Let me know if I can provide you with anything else."

Lake Erie Residence - Case Study

The four-season open-air porch was designed to maximize views of the lake, yet the tightly sealed operable glass walls keep the interior warm and draft-free in the winter. In the summer, NanaScreen protects against mosquitoes and moths.

Mesnick Residence - Case Study

The Mesnick Residence uses a 15-foot NanaWall folding glass wall to create a bright, open indoor-outdoor living space that expands the home’s main living area into a covered patio and backyard.

“The NanaWall was a central element to the achievement of a smaller home feeling expansive. The NanaWall visually expanded the perceived space of the main living area so that our “not-so-big house” of 1,469 square feet feels larger than our prior house that was more than twice the size. We could not have achieved our living-large remodel without NanaWall!”
