Energy efficiency and performance was an important consideration for this Vancouver BC residence. HSW60 system provides the ability to store the system completely out of sight when open but also provides outdoor access through a single-acting swing panel.
The architect’s ambition for this home was not simply to frame the view but to become one with the landscape. The NanaWall system achieved this in one elegant and dramatic gesture.
The doors are comprised of multiple full-height glass panels, spanning almost the entire width of the living area. Each panel is framed in natural wood, likely matching the light oak used throughout the flooring and furniture. The glass is clear and expansive, offering uninterrupted views of the forest outside and maximizing daylight entry.
