For this Lake Michigan residence, the architect specified a combination of NanaWall's SL70 Thermally Broken Aluminum Framed Folding System and Screen Classic, in order to maximize flexibility, visibility, connection to outdoors and thermal performance.
Designed by Brad Cox Architect, Lumenhaus uses NanaWall systems to transform a 1950s ranch home into a connected living space where the patio becomes a true extension of the home.
“The NanaWall has completely transformed the space by bringing the outdoors in. Having a glass wall means I can watch eagles soar by or see fishermen catching salmon along the shoreline, experiences I wouldn’t have without these doors. When I build my next house, I’ll definitely use them again.”
