Unmatched Design Flexibility Of A Single Track With The Natural Beauty Of Solid Wood
Standard Configurations
Shown below are animations of some basic stacking concepts. Please note the following:
- The number of panels in a system can be unlimited.
- Stacking can be on the left or right, inside or outside, only on one side or on both sides.
- Swing panels can be hinged from a side jamb. The swing panel can be inswing or outswing.
- The stacking area can be wide or narrow and with additional track, can be located almost anywhere, near or far.
- Within certain limits, unequal panel widths may be possible.
- Depending on layout, different panel heights in the same opening are possible.
- Open corners, multi-angle and segmented units are possible.
- For straight units with a maximum of twenty panels, the concepts marked with an asterisk, *, can be quickly customized with the NanaWall Visual Studio or Schedule a Design Consultation

Locking
Standard to the system is concealed locking between sliding panels that operates with a 180° turn of a flat handle. The top and bottom locking bolts have approximately a 1′′ (24 mm) throw for maximum security engagement into the head and floor track.
Standard and Tested Locking Option on Primary Swing Panels:
1) Multi-point locking operated by lever handles with European profile cylinder or an adapter to accommodate a 5-7 pin SFIC core (SFIC core supplied by others). Locking is independently tested for structural, air, water and forced entry.
Non-standard Commercial Locking Options on Primary Swing Panels:
1) Push/pull handles on both sides with deadbolt and lockset with key operation. Secured with European profile cylinder or an adapter to accommodate a 5-7 pin SFIC core (SFIC core supplied by others).
2) Panic hardware (prepped, supplied and installed by others):
a) Von Duprin 33/35A Series Narrow Stile Rim Exit Device
Standard and Tested Locking Option for Secondary Swing Panels in a Pair of Swing Panels on Swing Slide Unit:
1) Concealed two-point locking with top and bottom locking bolts have approximately a 1′′ (24 mm) throw for maximum security engagement into the head and floor track. Locking is independently tested for structural, air, water, and forced entry.
Standard and Tested Locking Option for Swing Panel attached to the Side Jamb for Stacking Purposes Only:
1) Two-point locking that operates with a 180° turn of a flat handle on inside only.
For more hardware options, contact NanaWall.
Multipoint locking with latch, deadbolt and top/bottom locking rods
This option is possible only on primary swing door.
Includes top and bottom Polyamide capped locking rods, deadbolt, a compatible lock set with lockable latch and lever handles on the inside and outside. Depression of handles withdraws latch. Lifting of handles engages rods and turn of key or thumb turn engages deadbolt and operates lock.
Operable from inside and outside.
Two Point Locking
Standard between each pair of bi-fold panels and an option for swing panels. 180-degree turn of handle moves locking rods up or down. Uses 7 mm spindle.
Operable from inside only.
Deadbolt Lock
Possible only on primary or secondary swing panel.
Push Pull handles on both sides with deadbolt(s) operated by a lockset. Lockset option of having key operations on both sides. With a profile cylinder, panel is lockable with a thumbturn from the inside and a key from the outside. To keep the panel from being blown open, this option should be used with a door closer, but note that a door closer is not possible on a swing panel in a folding system that is not attached to a side jamb
