Golden Colorado Residence - Cold Weather Indoor/Outdoor Solution

Dream Makers Landscape helped create a space to provide their Golden, CO clients with great mountain views and an indoor/outdoor space in the home where they could host and enjoy friends and family throughout the seasons. Being situated in the foothills of the Rocky Mountains, the environment requires a space that is adaptable to the changing weather.

Frameless Glass Walls Provide Unobstructed Views Opened or Closed

The team selected a NanaWall wood framed folding system to transition the main living space out and onto the outdoor patio space. To maximize the seasonal use of the outdoor lounge area, a frameless, all glass system was installed along the perimeter. Being a frameless system, the mountain views are unobstructed whether open or closed. The frameless system adds a protective yet invisible barrier to provide comfort and warmth during colder weather.

As shared by the contractor, "The homeowners loved their new outdoor space and thanks to NanaWall systems, they have a space with great views and comfort."

“They just hosted a holiday party and their guests were amazed by the glass doors that provided a great view of winter in the mountains.”

Burnaby Residence

Embracing the stellar Vancouver views was one main design goal at this contemporary home. This was achieved by installing this edge-to-edge glass operable wall system.

“We understand the NanaWall system to be the best of its kind on the market. The wall is extremely easy to operate and performs very well in the Vancouver climate. Also, when the wall is closed, the system has no frames—it looks like seamless glass from the exterior.”
