Locking
Standard to the system is concealed locking between folding panels that operates with a 180° turn of a two-point locking standard handle. The top and bottom locking bolts have approximately a 1′′ (24 mm) throw for maximum security engagement into the head and floor track.
Standard and Tested Locking Options on Primary Swing Panels:
1) Multi-point locking operated by lever handles with European profile cylinder or an adapter to accommodate a 5-7 pin SFIC core (SFIC core supplied by others). Locking is independently tested for acoustics, structural, air, water and forced entry.
Non-standard Commercial Locking Options on Primary Swing Panels:
1) For interior application, single-point single motion locking operated by GU Rhondo lever handles with European profile cylinder or an adapter to accommodate a 5-7 pin SFIC core (SFIC core supplied by others).
2) Push/pull handles on both sides with deadbolt and lockset with key operation. Secured with European profile cylinder or an adapter to accommodate a 5-7 pin SFIC core (SFIC core supplied by others). Suitable for end swing panel only with door closer by others.
3) Panic hardware (prepped, supplied and installed by others):
a) Von Duprin 33/35A Series Narrow Stile Rim Exit Device
Standard and Tested Locking Option for Secondary Swing Panels:
1) Concealed two-point locking with top and bottom locking bolts have approximately a 1′′ (24 mm) throw for maximum security engagement into the head and floor track. Locking is independently tested for structural, air, water, and forced entry.
Non-standard Locking Options for Secondary Swing Panels:
1) Dummy lever handles on both sides with concealed flush bolts that operates the rods at the top and bottom.
2) For interior application, two-point locking with U-shaped handles.
For more hardware options, contact NanaWall.
Multipoint locking with latch, deadbolt and top/bottom locking rods
This option is possible only on primary swing door.
Includes top and bottom Polyamide capped locking rods, deadbolt, a compatible lock set with lockable latch and lever handles on the inside and outside. Depression of handles withdraws latch. Lifting of handles engages rods and turn of key or thumb turn engages deadbolt and operates lock.
Operable from inside and outside.
Deadbolt Lock
Possible only on primary or secondary swing panel.
Push Pull handles on both sides with deadbolt(s) operated by a lockset. Lockset option of having key operations on both sides. With a profile cylinder, panel is lockable with a thumbturn from the inside and a key from the outside. To keep the panel from being blown open, this option should be used with a door closer, but note that a door closer is not possible on a swing panel in a folding system that is not attached to a side jamb

Glass
Units can be supplied either glazed with 15/16 (24 mm) clear insulating tempered or insulating Low-E tempered glass or other high performing safety glass such as Heat Mirror, Triple Glazed, acoustic, special tint, etc., or other glass on request.
See "Glazing" in the General Introduction for other glass thickness possible.
Glazing Area Options
Most commercially available glazing such as insulated Low-E glass can be used with a NanaWall. Custom layouts with horizontal mullions, simulated divided lites, inserts and high bottom rails are available
The Horizon Screen by Wizard
Transforming walls and delivering a dream design can be achieved where weather or flying insects would normally prevent the practicality of creating an open space. A retractable screen add-on is perfect for blocking bugs while providing privacy and fresh air.
Screens are not available through NanaWall Systems.
Matching Windows
Benefit from the same quality and matching aesthetics with operable tilt turns, folding windows, or single track sliding windows. Coordinated fixed transoms and picture windows are also available.
Matching French Doors
NanaWall Matching French Doors are available as single doors or pairs. Very narrow stiles and rails are possible.
NanaWall French Doors use exactly the same profiles and hardware as the matching NanaWall Folding Glass Walls. Hence, the same size charts, glazing options, wood/finish options and finish hardware options as the matching NanaWall Folding Glass Walls are applicable.
The same testing performance results also apply (within a folding system, with an odd number of panels stacking to one side, the last panel is a swing door).
